Cancellation Policy

1) Order cancellations
You may request cancellation only before your order is shipped/dispatched.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at [support@fazz.ae] with your order number.
2) If the order has already been shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return only if the product remains unopened and sealed, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
3) Refund timing for cancellations
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
